Changed device or cleared cookies#

Connect and verify the same wallet. Your character, equipment and active deployment belong to that wallet. A different wallet opens a different character.

Payment or connection interrupted#

Choose Check status on the payment screen or beside the transaction in Wallet vault. This checks the existing payment without asking you to sign again. Confirmation is checked automatically while the pending-payment screen is open.

A submitted transaction may still finalize after a wallet prompt closes. Do not pay again while its result is unknown. Once entry confirms, choose Enter your deployment. Resuming that deployment costs no additional entry fee.

Approval cancelled or expired#

If you decline in your wallet, choose Try approval again to retry the same transaction. If the approval has expired, choose Review new entry to review a fresh entry payment. Neither a status check nor opening a review spends tokens; a payment still requires your wallet approval.

If Solana reports that a transaction failed, its game payment and item changes did not complete. A SOL network fee may still apply.

Crafting is stuck#

Open Wallet vault and choose Check status beside the pending craft. If it completed, the game applies the result once. If it expired without completing, the game unlocks your items and materials. Choose Review again to prepare a new craft.

An expired timer alone does not unlock a signed payment. The game checks finalized transaction history first. If that history is incomplete, the reservation stays protected until the payment can be checked. Recovery never asks you to pay a second time.

Keep your transaction details#

Use View transaction to open its record in Solana Explorer. If the outcome is uncertain, use Check status before approving another payment. Never share a seed phrase, private key or login cookie.
